Returns & Exchanges

Unused toys can be exchanged 14 days after the order is placed. The order can be exchanged or refunded. If you wish to return your product, email info@pawzler.com.

In case your product arrives damaged please email info@pawzler.com. Please attach photos of the damage and we will ship replacements of the damaged parts right away.
